Human Resources Management Function, Technology Capabilities and Quality of Work Life Towards Competitive Advantage

This study aims to analyze the effect of human resources management function, technology capabilities competitive advantage through quality worklife as an intervening variable. Data were analyzed using statistical software LISREL 8.7. result this research are function is significant so hypothesis accepted;the not rejected; co rejected. only used in a limited and homogeneous sample, can give consideration hospital leaders making decisions regarding program that will be provide solutions problems occur.
